Intensive Cadillac, Chair & Barrels - ICCB
The Cadillac, Chair & Barrels course has been restructured into three separate modules, allowing you to choose which element to take, and when. Modules may be completed consecutively, or at separate times. The completion of all three modules below is required to be eligible for full certification.
Intensive Cadillac - ICAD
ICAD prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Cadillac. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients' conditioning goals. This course is also valuable for students who own or work with the STOTT PILATES V2Max Reformers. Since the vertical frame component of the V2Max Reformer mimics the structure of the Cadillac, many Cadillac exercises can be incorporated into V2Max Reformer programming. Beyond the general course objectives, you will learn:
· Effective us of the equipment to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination
· How to develop dynamic programs in a full studio environment
· Essential and Intermediate exercises and variations
· Effective communication and observational skills, verbal cuing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation
· Modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions
· Exercise layering related to effective program design
Prerequisites
· Intensive Mat Plus and Intensive Reformer
Duration
· 25 hours class instruction and supervised teaching, conducted over 5 days
· Minimum 10 hours observation
· Minimum 15 hours physical review
· Minimum 10 hours practice teaching
· Total: 60 hours

Intensive Stability Chair - ICHR
ICHR prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Stability Chair. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients' conditioning goals with 63 exercises on the Stability Chair. Beyond the general course objectives, you will learn:
· Effective use of the equipment to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheralextremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination
· How to develop dynamic programs in a full studio environment
· Effective communication and observational skills, verbal cuing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation
· Modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions
· Exercise layering related to effective program design
Prerequisites
· Intensive Mat Plus and Intensive Reformer

· 15 hour class instruction and supervise teaching, conducted over 3 days
· Minimum 5 hours observation
· Minimum 10 hours physical review

Intensive Barrels - IBAR
IBAR prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Barrels. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients' conditioning goals with 98 exercises on the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel. Beyond the general course objectives, you will learn:
· Effective use of the equipment to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination
· How to develop dynamic programs in a full studio environment
· Effective communication and observational skills, verbal cuing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation
· Modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions
· Exercise layering related to effective program design
Prerequisites
· Intensive Mat Plus and Intensive Reformer

· 10 hours class instruction and supervised training, conducted over 2 days
· Minimum 5 hours observation
